Chartered Accountant Leaves ‘Business (As Usual)’ To Make Gospel Music – Chukwuma Nwanze On “Onyenemenma” || @DonChookie

 Chukwuma Nwanze is quite an accomplished money handler. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), a graduate with a first class in Business Administration, an MBA holder from the prestigious Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom, an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and currently working as the CFO of Nigeria's largest Finance Company.

However, after series of studio session with ace producer Wilson Joel, his debut single “Onyenemenma” is about to bring to focus, Nwanze’s split personality – better put – his real personality of a worship minister. Nwanze may be accomplished as far as commerce is concerned; but it will no longer be ‘business as usual’ as he is about to be adorned, accomplished worshipper as well.

His single “Onyenemenma” was written from the genuine heart of a true worshiper. Nwanze said the song was written “during a church service where the beauty of the redemptive work of Christ became alive to me again. I reflected on my life and I couldn't but thank God for doing me good- through thick and thin, I have consistently seen the hand of God in my life.”

Talking about the production, he said:

“Wilson Joel was simply exceptional on the song, I wouldn’t have sought any other interpretation for the piece.”
Nwanze also revealed that the single is the first of an album he hopes to release in the year 2016. If Nwanze continues in the part of “Onyenemenma”, then, the 2016 album will be one to look forward to with excitement.

“The track is the first of a ten track album which I believe will be out in 2016”, he said.

Weighing his expectation from the single Nwanze who revealed that he was eager to know how the single would be accepted also said;

“I am hoping that this song becomes a pointer to the goodness of God in our lives every time we worship. Truth is whether we see it or not-God is good-all the time!”

The single also features amazing duo and couple simply known as Special. It will be released on the 13th of August 2015

In April 2015, the xenophobic attacks spread to Johannesburg, South Africa's largest city. Locals were reportedly looting foreigners properties and attacking immigrants in general, forcing hundreds of migrants to relocate to police stations across the country.

The Malawi authorities subsequently began repatriating their nationals, and a number of other foreign governments also announced that they would evacuate their citizens. As of April 19, at least six people have been killed in the attacks, and more than 300 people have been arrested.

Xenophobia in South Africa has awoken some kind of unrest across the globe which has burdened the renowned South African Gospel Artiste, Neville D to STAND UP and SPEAK UP to God and the people of South Africa to say NO to xenophobia as he teams up with other SA recording artistes, Judith Sephuma & Patrick Duncan.

South Africa is better than this. We are all Africans!
