Zera Mass Choir is a non-denominational international mass choir based in Lagos, Nigeria. Powered and fully endorsed by Midnight Crew Music Ministries and E.M.I., this choir is set to take the world by surprise. With the goal of taking God’s redemption message to the ends of the earth through music, Zera’s target is to be the pride of Africa and an internationally recognized gospel mass choir within 5 years of its creation.

HOW TO APPLY [Offline]
  • Make a deposit of N1,000 application fee to any GTBank branch (Account Name: EVENT MGT INTL/ZERA MASS CHOIR Ltd. Account No: 0120787808)
  • Present your deposit slip at GPK Studios - 51/52, Ijaiye Road, Ogba Lagos (second building within the premises of the property beside UBA Bank) to pick up your application form. (Please ensure that the name on the application form is the same name that appears on the deposit slip)
  • Submit completed application form at the same address as above. Remember to attach a photocopy of your birth certificate and bank deposit slip. For individuals who have changed their names from given names on birth certificate, please attach a photocopy of document(s) to support same.

  • Please note that application fee is non-refundable
  • Application closes on the 7th of February, 2015
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 21years and 40years and must have completed at the minimum their secondary school education
  • Applicants must be resident in Lagos.
  • Submission of completed application form is not a guarantee for admission into the choir.
  • Only qualified applicants will be contacted for audition.
  • Only successful auditionees will be admitted into the choir.

In April 2015, the xenophobic attacks spread to Johannesburg, South Africa's largest city. Locals were reportedly looting foreigners properties and attacking immigrants in general, forcing hundreds of migrants to relocate to police stations across the country. 

The Malawi authorities subsequently began repatriating their nationals, and a number of other foreign governments also announced that they would evacuate their citizens. As of April 19, at least six people have been killed in the attacks, and more than 300 people have been arrested.

Xenophobia in South Africa has awoken some kind of unrest across the globe which has burdened the renowned South African Gospel Artiste, Neville D to STAND UP and SPEAK UP to God and the people of South Africa to say NO to xenophobia as he teams up with other SA recording artistes, Judith Sephuma & Patrick Duncan.
